THE GAA has warned supporters in search of All-Ireland final replay tickets that they run the risk of being denied entry to Croke Park next Saturday should their tickets be bought outside of official channels.

In a statement, the GAA said that tickets should be purchased through "official channels only".

The statement added: "People who attempt to buy and sell tickets outside of this network are at risk of having their tickets cancelled and they will be denied entry to the stadium on match day.

"The GAA does not condone the touting of match tickets at above face value and our Ticket Office was active up until throw-in last weekend identifying and cancelling such tickets that were being sold privately and online for above face value."

Next Saturday's eagerly anticipated replay is expected to be a sell-out.

Last weekend's decider finished in a draw following Mayo's Cillian O'Connor's stoppage-time score.

"There are no tickets on general sale," added the GAA. "Tickets will be distributed via our GAA Clubs, County Boards, as well as season ticket holders."
