DIVISION ONE

Dublin v Donegal (Saturday, Croke Park, 7pm)

DUBLIN are aiming to extend their unbeaten league run in Saturday’s showcase match against Donegal at Croke Park. The all-conquering Dubs have already secured their passage to the semi-finals, but a potential feisty affair is on the cards as they play host to Rory Gallagher’s Donegal.

The Ulster men are within sight of a last-four place despite defeats to Roscommon and Kerry in their last two outings.

Odds: Dublin 4/11 Draw 9/11 Donegal 41/13

Prediction: Dublin

Cork v Down (Sunday, Pairc Ui Rinn, 2pm)

DOWN face Peadar Healy’s Cork knowing anything other than a win will ring the death knell for their survival hopes. The Rebels are on four points and aren’t out of the woods just yet, but their impressive home record against Ulster sides is an ominous portent for Down.

Eamonn Burns’ side are yet to get points on the board but can take some encouragement from their improved showing against Dublin a fortnight ago.

Odds: Cork 1/9 18/1 Down 41/5

Prediction: Cork

Monaghan v Kerry (Sunday, Clones, 3pm)

KERRY are on a roll after a slow start to the league and are aiming for their fourth win on the trot in Sunday’s clash against Monaghan. Malachy O’Rourke’s side are looking over their shoulders after three consecutive losses (against Mayo, Cork and Dublin), but a league win against Kerry for the second year running would safeguard their Division One status should Mayo lose to Roscommon.

Odds: Monaghan 13/10 Draw 8/1 Kerry evens

Prediction: Kerry

Roscommon v Mayo (Sunday, Dr Hyde Park, 3.30pm)

ROSCOMMON have been one of the success stories of the league and can make a statement about their top-table ambitions against Connacht rivals Mayo. A draw would suffice to ensure their progression to the semi-finals, while seventh-placed Mayo are fighting for their lives with only two rounds of fixtures remaining.

Odds: Roscommon 23/17 Draw 17/2 Mayo 10/11

Prediction: Roscommon

DIVISION TWO

Tyrone v Armagh (Saturday, Healy Park, 7pm)

UNBEATEN Tyrone are already through to the last four but have named a strong side for Saturday’s clash against their neighbours across the Blackwater. Armagh are bottom on points and a loss on Saturday could see them consigned to Division Two, depending on other results.

Tyrone have the quality to notch their sixth win of the campaign.

Odds: Tyrone 4/11 Draw 9/1 Armagh 10/3

Prediction: Tyrone

Derry v Meath (Sunday, Owenbeg, 2pm)

DAMIAN BARTON'S men have staggered a little since their opening round wins against Fermanagh and Cavan but a win at Owenbeg would keep them well in the race for promotion.

Meath, meanwhile, are struggling on three points and Derry’s well-oiled attack could prove the crucial difference against Mick O’Dowd’s men.

Odds: Derry 4/6 Draw 17/2 Meath 2/1

Prediction: Derry

Cavan v Laois (Sunday, Breffni Park, 3pm)

THREE successive wins has put Terry Hyland’s Cavan right in the hunt for promotion and their form suggests that they should extend their winning streak against Laois.

The Leinster side are mired in a relegation dogfight with Meath and Armagh and have the worst score concession rate in the division - a worrying statistic considering Cavan’s improved attack.

Odds: Cavan 4/9 Draw 17/2 Laois 3/1

Prediction: Cavan

Galway v Fermanagh (Sunday, Tuam Stadium, 3pm)

FERMANAGH are in a precarious position with only two rounds remaining, and they could face the drop if they fail to pick up points in their two remaining league matches against Galway and Tyrone.

Only Aidan Breen scored from play in their defeat to Cavan a fortnight ago but they have been boosted by the return of Sean Quigley to the starting line-up. Galway are in a three-horse race with Cavan and Derry for the second promotion spot and can pick up a home win.

Odds: Galway 4/11 Draw 9/1 Fermanagh 10/3

Prediction: Galway

DIVISION THREE

Tipperary v Kildare (Saturday, Clonmel Sportsfield, 2pm)

KILDARE will be hoping to bounce back after their unbeaten run came to an end against Sligo a fortnight ago. Cian O’Neill’s side are still top of Division Three but Tipperary are only two points behind and will be eyeing another upset.

Odds: Tipperary 7/4 Draw 9/1 Kildare 4/6

Prediction: Kildare

Westmeath v Offaly (Sunday, Cusack Park, 3pm)

WESTMEATH hit form and not before time in a 3-14 to 0-7 trouncing of Limerick to pick up their first win of the campaign a fortnight ago. They can repeat the trick against their neighbours Offaly tomorrow.

Odds: Westmeath 4/7 Draw 17/2 Offaly 28/13

Prediction: Westmeath

Clare v Longford (Sunday, Cusack Park, 3pm)

CLARE and Longford are on six points and whoever wins at Cusack Park will be right in the frame for promotion heading into the final weekend.

Odds: Clare 8/11 Draw 8/1 Longford 8/5

Prediction: Clare

Sligo v Limerick (Sunday, Markievicz Park, 3pm)

SLIGO can take confidence from their shock win against Kildare as they target a third win of the campaign against a Limerick side on the precipice of relegation for the third season in-a-row.

Odds: Sligo 1/2 Draw 17/2 Limerick 23/10

Prediction: Limerick

Division Four

Leitrim v Carlow (Saturday, Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada, 2pm)

BOTH sides are on four points and are out of contention for a promotion berth. In last year’s corresponding fixture, Leitrim ran out comfortable 1-12 to 0-6 victors.

Prediction: Leitrim

Waterford v London (Sunday, Fraher Field, 1pm)

THE bottom-placed sides face off on Sunday with little but pride at stake. London are searching for their first positive result and have conceded 12 goals in five matches.

Prediction: Waterford

Wicklow v Antrim (Sunday, Aughrim, 3pm)

UNBEATEN Antrim require only a point to clinch promotion and a place in the Division Four final.

Odds: Wicklow 50/13 Draw 10/1 Antrim 2/7

Prediction: Antrim

Louth v Wexford (Sunday, Gaelic Grounds, 3pm)

Louth and Wexford face off for the right to play Division Three football next year. Wexford can prevail but will need to improve on their last outing against Wicklow.

Prediction: Wexford
