TYRONE made it two wins out of two in this season’s Shamrock U21 Cup when they had a facile 7-16 to 0-15 victory over Louth at Augher on Saturday afternoon. The game was over as a contest by half time with senior attacker Lee Brennan finding the net twice after full forward Ryan Loughran had got their opening goal after only two minutes.

Loughran bagged a second goal after the break with Padraig McGirr finding the net twice and substitute Ruairi McGlone palming in the seventh in the final minute. Ryan Traynor hit eight points for the visitors with Peter Thornton scoring three but the hosts won with plenty to spare with Brennan and Loughran hitting 4-8 between them.
