Mickey O'Neill will miss Tyrone's Round 2B qualifier match against Meath on Saturday after suffering a knee ligament injury.

The Clonoe O'Rahilly's goalkeeper impressed on his senior championship debut for Tyrone in the Ulster SFC Preliminary Round against Donegal, and maintained his place in the Round 2A qualifier against Limerick.

Mickey Harte has confirmed that Niall Morgan will regain his place against Meath. The Edendork clubman had been Tyrone's number one goalkeeper since 2013 but was dropped after a drop in form.

All-Ireland U21 winning goalkeeper Sean Fox will come into the 26-man squad as cover for the goalkeeping spot.
