The challengers put it up to the holders in the first half and it took goals from Tiernan Harbinson and Mark Cooper to give them a 2-4 to 1-3 interval lead.
The second half was one way traffic, though, as Harbinson and Rioghan Crawford both finished with 2-3 apiece and Curtis Hallisey (0-2), Cian France and Sean McKeown found the net as well as they made it through to a last four meeting with Derry champions St Brigid's and St Patrick's, Claudy.
