Joe McQuillan (Cavan)
BREFFNI whistler McQuillan certainly doesn't lack experience. He took charge of the All-Ireland final in 2011 and last year's decider between Dublin and Mayo.
Last year his summer started with a the Ulster first round clash between Donegal and Tyrone in Ballybofey. Aside from his failure to punish Donegal's players for not retreating 13 metres for Niall Morgan's free kicks, he acquitted himself extremely well.
He also impressed in his other outings - Dublin v Kildare, Kildare v Tyrone and Mayo v Donegal.
