ALATE MARTY Kavanagh point ensured this Leinster SHC group qualifier ended in a draw, 2-14 apiece, in Ruislip as Carlow denied London a win.
The draw was arguably a fair result, although both sides had opportunities to pull away at different stages of play.
Carlow raced to a 2-2 to 0-4 lead after 15 minutes but London fought back and were in front for large spells.
The Exiles held a three-point lead with just five minutes to go, but but were unable to hold on for a memorable victory an the game finished 2-17 apiece.
