DONEGAL have received a boost with the news that defender Karl Lacey is set to be fit in time for next month's Ulster SFC final. Assistant manager Rory Gallagher fully expects Lacey to have recovered in time from minor knee surgery to play his part against Cavan or Monaghan on Sunday, July 21. "It was only minor surgery on the knee and he has been keeping himself in good shape and it is only a matter of building up his sharpness between now and the final," said Gallagher. Allstar midfielder Neil Gallagher is also expected to recover from a knee injury in time for the Ulster final.
