A GERMAN team 'substituted' their manager with a man wearing a mask of his face to announce the signing of a new player.
St Pauli club manager Ewald Lienen was absent for the signing of new player 22-year-old Borussia Dortmund striker Marvin Ducksch.
The club decided to go ahead with the announcement, using a man wearing a mask of Lienen's face.

It’s not entirely clear if they thought they would actually get away with this stunt without anyone realising – but they did confess to the ruse with a follow-up tweet showing off the mask in all its glory.
