Soccer hat-tricks to score for charity, you can bank on it

Glenavon's Eoin Bradley and Linfield's Andy Waterworth join Nicola McCleery of Danske Bank, Siobhan Casey (Age NI) and Andrew Johnston (Northern Ireland Football League) at the launch of a new Danske Bank Premiership charity initiative

IN recognition of the 125th anniversary of the Northern Ireland Football League, Danske Bank will donate £50 to its charity partner, Age NI, for every hat-trick scored in the 2015/16 Danske Bank Premiership season.

The money raised will help Age NI deliver and improve upon its vital services including a free Advice Line, care services in the community and products such as personal alarms.

Glenavon's Eoin Bradley netted a hat-trick against Ballymena United while Linfield's Andy Waterworth bagged three against Dungannon Swifts.

Bradley and Waterworth joined Nicola McCleery of Danske Bank, Siobhan Casey (Age NI) and Andrew Johnston (Northern Ireland Football League) to launch the new charity initiative for the 2015/16 Danske Bank Premiership season.
