Kevin de Bruyne completes Manchester City move

Kevin De Bruyne has officially joined Manchester City. with the club confirming he will wear the number 17 jersey at the Etihad.

After one and a half years in Wolfsburg the Bundesliga star has signed a six-year deal with the Premier League side.

De Bruyne, who previously played for Chelsea cost City a record £55 million, which is the second highest fee paid by a British club.

Coach Manuel Pellegrini is looking forward to his new player.

Speaking to the club website he said: "It takes a special footballer to improve our squad and I have no doubt that Kevin is certainly one of those -- he has all of the mental, physical, tactical and technical attributes required to fit straight in."
