ST JOSEPH'S GAC Glenavy: The club's Annual Dinner Dance will take place this Saturday in The Ballymac Hotel. This promises to be a great night as always with the added celebration of our senior team winning the league this year and being presented with their medals on the night. Tickets are available from Dermot 07736054281 or Gavin 07745828683.

Donaghmore GAC: The has recently undertaken a re-brand of our Club Donaghmore subscription. Club Donaghmore asks patrons to donate £12.50/month via direct debit allowing the club to meet the everyday costs of maintaining our grounds and providing transport and coaching to our youth teams, for both boys and girls.

Also our local Youth Club has recently restarted, with a few volunteers helping to supervise the children on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Unfortunately, the success of the re-launch means that the Youth Club is currently short-staffed, especially on Friday evenings.

We are therefore asking for anyone interested in helping out to contact Grace Girvan in BEAM for further information, or alternatively speak with Eamonn Hamill or any member of Donaghmore GAA committee and we will assist you.

ST JOHN'S GAC: Over the weekend club Chairman Rory McMullan and Conor McMullan and his family made a cheque presentation of £5,927 to Air Ambulance Chief Executive Patrick Minne. The money was raised at a coffee morning in the club.

Calling all members, non-members and anyone who has supported St John's over the past 40 years. We will be having a Gala Ball on Saturday November 4 in the Carrickdale Hotel.
