Kilcoo hosted an appeal for Syria recently and it proved to be a wonderful success. Thanks to everyone who donated to the appeal and we hope it can help make a difference to people much worse off at this time. CARRICKCRUPPEN: The AGM will take place in the club rooms at 3pm this Sunday. All existing members and friends are invited to attend. Anyone wishing to become a member and contribute to the running of the club will be made most welcome.

ARMAGH HARPS: There will be a registration morning on Sunday from 10.30am to 1pm in the Social Club for all members of the club from nursery three years to senior, both boys and girls. Anyone interested in playing football for the 2017 season is asked to attend. Our annual presentation night will take place on Friday, January 27 in the Social Club at 9pm. All players from minor boys and girls to seniors are asked to attend.

CUMANN PHEADAIR NAOFA: The date for the club annual reunion has been confirmed as Saturday, March 4 in The Whistledown Hotel Warrenpoint. This event is one that sees us as a club reflect, celebrate and recognise achievements in the year gone by and look to the future. This year saw our senior footballers keep division one status with top class performances in a tight and competitive league. As well as this, our U21 footballers made the final of the championship, our young instrumental group were crowned county champions and made the Ulster Scor na nog semi final.

GLASSDRUMMAN: The club are pleased to announce that after the AGM, the executive committee for the forthcoming year remains the same: Cathaoirleach - Gary Mc Greevy; Leas Cathaoirleach - John Brennan; Runai - Aileen Smith; Leas Runai - Annette Grant; Cisteoir - Colette Burden; Leas Chisteoir - Jim Cunningham. Other positions also remain unchanged: OCP - Tony Bannon; Clárathóir - Catherine Kelly; Oifigeach Chulturlach -Tony Bannon; Oifigeach Cosaint na bPaisti - Carol Muphy; Toscaire Choiste Chontae - Dan Mc Cartan. Bhaill Eile den Choiste: Terry Joyce, Damian Grant, Jen McKay, Declan Grant, William Smith, Bronagh O’Neill, Liam Murphy, Paul Kelly, Edward Carr, Johnny McVeigh and Linda Joyce.

ST MARY’S, ARDMORE: The Club AGM takes place this Friday, January 20 at 7pm in the Pastoral Centre, Ardmore and all members, players and supporters, are asked to attend. Nominations for election to the committee and motions for discussion should be forwarded to the club secretary by today at the latest. Club memberships are also due for payment at the AGM. Our annual draw takes place next week and all members are asked to help get all tickets sold and stubs returned by the end of this week if possible.

KILLYMAN ST MARY’S: The ‘Top of the Pops’ Christmas Special’ DVD is now on sale at a cost of £10. Contact Lisa on 07706599673 to order. There will be a Ceili Dance held in the Community Centre on Saturday, January 28. Irish Dancing classes will continue as usual on Monday evenings. The Senior Scór takes place on the weekend of February 3. Anybody who would like to take part should contact Terry McKenna or Bróna Conroy on 07749241684.

ST JOHN’S: The club will be having a St John's members night and senior presentation on February 4. Tickets are £20 and include a three course meal, complimentary wine, £300 give-away on the night and subsidised bar. This is a chance to reward our past, present and future St John's members and all who help out. Please come along and have a great night. Music is by Aidy Mac. Tickets are on sale now from Cormac and Mickey. Tickets must be bought by January 30 to allow caterers to get the food organised.

BALLYMARTIN: The youth committee are hosting a mentor meeting on Friday, January 20 at 7.30pm upstairs in the Ballymartin Inn. The club always needs mentors and without them the club would not survive. Even if you can only offer an hour a week we would greatly appreciate it. The youth committee are also hosting a coach the coaches session in Ballymartin Field, Pat's Road, on Saturday, January 21 at 11am.

GRANEMORE ST MARY’S LADIES: The AGM is in St Mary's Hall, Granemore on Sunday, January 22 at 5.00pm. All welcome.

MAGHERY SEAN MCDERMOTT’S: There will be a club fundraiser for the senior footballers and youth teams on Saturday, January 21 in the Marketplace Theatre Armagh at 8pm, when 'EXTRA TIME' the hilarious GAA-based play written by Mark Shields and directed by Marc Clements will be staged. Tickets (£12) are available online, by telephone 02837521821 or from any senior footballer.

NEWRY MITCHEL'S: The AGM will be held at 7pm, this Sunday in the Foresters, Newry. All members and friends are invited along.

AN RIOCHT, KILKEEL: The club will present a fund-raiser in aid of the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust on Saturday evening from 9pm with music by folk group the Shillelaghs and local musicians are invited to play also. Collie Bell will be in attendance to receive a donation towards the Fund. All welcome, admission by donation at the door.

CROSSMAGLEN RANGERS: The club will be hosting a drugs information evening on January 27 at 7.30pm in the Rangers hall. Everyone in the community and surrounding areas are invited to attend. Representatives from all clubs in the parishes of Upper and Lower Creegan will be in attendance. On the night there will be two guest speakers who have both in different capacities dealt with the effect drugs can have first hand.
