ST MARY’S, BURREN: The draw for the semi-final of the Malachy Murdock memorial tournament will take place on Sunday after the Mayobridge v Clonduff game at 12.30pm. The winners of that game will join Burren, Slaughtneil and Ballymun in the draw.

DROMINTEE: Members of the football team joined committee members Maire Rocks, Paddy Markey, Elena Martin and Kevin Rice to launch the second annual Rocky Road 10k/5k challenge, which will be held in Dromintee this Sunday. The 10k race will begin at 12.30pm and the 5k event at 12.45pm. Registration is open in the club from 10.30am until noon.

CLAN NA GAEL, LURGAN: Annual fun run 5k/10k this Sunday at Craigavon Lakes. Registration opens at 11am at water sports centre, run starts at 12pm sharp, £10 registration/ £25 family, prizes for different categories. All welcome, for further information contact Chris on 078 7663 2966.

WATTY GRAHAM’S, GLEN: Start your St Patrick’s Day celebrations early with an ‘Up for the Match’ MacRory Cup special at the Glen Centre on Wednesday, March 16 at 8.30pm. Relive the 2013 final between St Patrick’s, Maghera and St Paul’s, Bessbrook. Also enjoy traditional music and Irish stew. Admission £5. Also, the club is ‘Away to the Dogs’ on Saturday, March 19 at Dundalk Race Stadium. Tickets cost £50 and this includes a return bus trip, four-course meal and race-card. Tickets are available from any of the senior/reserve football panel.

CARGIN CAMOGIE CLUB: The club presents an evening of flower-arranging with Heather Hume from Flowery Potters on Wednesday, March 16 at the clubrooms, commencing at 7.30pm. Light refreshments will be provided. Admission £10, tickets available from committee members or pay at the door.

ST JOHN’S, BELFAST: Antrim play Waterford at Corrigan Park on Sunday, so all St John’s stewards are asked to report to the club for 12 noon for match briefing and post allocation.

LAMH DHEARG, BELFAST: The All-Ireland Club finals will be shown live on the big screen. Family disco 3pm-5pm featuring an exhibition of Irish dancing by the Ferris School of Irish Dancing. Irish stew served and singalong with Jackie from the Glens of Gormley at 6pm. A day of culture and craic for members and families.

ST COLMCILLE’S, GRANGE: The club presents ‘A Night of Legends’ featuring Joe Kernan, Benny Tierney, James McCartan and Conor Gormley on Tuesday, March 15. DERRYTRESK, TYRONE: Bacon, sausage, eggs and music from the Tyrone and Ulster Scór na nÓg instrumental group champions will be on the menu at the Derrytresk Community Centre on St Patrick’s Day. The club is hosting a ‘big breakfast’ to support the group who are off to the All-Ireland finals in Killarney in April. Breakfast will be served from 9am-1pm so come along and offer your support. All club membership is now due and can be paid to any club officer.

CLANN EIREANN, LURGAN: To mark the 100-year anniversary of the 1916 Easter Rising, the club is hosting a talk by local historian Dr Gerard McAtasney, which will focus on the roles played by Ulster men in the planning of the Rising. The talk will be held upstairs in the social club on Thursday, March 24 at 8.30pm. Admission free, donations towards club funds would be welcomed.

ST MICHAEL’S, MAGHERALIN: The St Patrick’s Day Parade will start from outside St Patrick’s & Ronan’s Chapel at 10.30am after the morning mass, making its way to the club for food, music and fun. Leading the parade will be the Samba band from St Patrick’s Primary School. Anyone who wants to sing, recite a poem, story-tell or play an instrument is invited to do so, as a stage and 


open-mic will be set up inside the hall.

LIATROIM FONTENOY’S: There will be a planning workshop on from 3.30pm-5.30pm to help shape the future of the club by giving your views on developing a five-year strategic plan. Refreshments available afterwards. Everyone welcome. There will also be a registration night on Wednesday, March 16 from 7-8pm for members to pay membership.

GRANEMORE: The club presents the Derrynoose Drama Group production of The Honeymoon Hotel in St Mary’s Hall, Granemore on Friday, March 11 at 8pm. Tickets cost £8. Everyone welcome.

DARRAGH CROSS: The big breakfast morning will be on Sunday, March 20, with breakfast available from 9am-1pm. All welcome. Strictly 2016 tickets are now on sale for both of our semi finals on Saturday, April 2 and Saturday, April 9. Contact Marie Claire Trimble on 079 2184 7663.

ARMAGH HARPS: The club has been invited to host the final leg of the Ard Mhacha run on Saturday. The final lap will set off from the bottom of Banbrook Hill, Lower English Street (opposite Caffollas). Everyone is asked to meet at 4pm. The leg will finish at the social club. On Sunday, meanwhile, the club will host a sponsored cycle for all youth teams, followed by a big breakfast in the social club. Fuel up with a filling breakfast before heading to the Athletic Grounds for the Armagh versus Galway game. Everyone welcome.

ST MARY’S, GLASDRUMMAN: U-10 training will take place on Sunday at the Quarter Road pitch from 11am-12pm.

ST MARY’S, KILLYMAN: The Brendan Hughes Memorial match will be played on Sunday. Venue to be confirmed due to pitch condition.

O'NEILL’S, AN PORT MOR: Club membership is now due. Underage £5, single £30, couple £50, gold £100, OAP £10, life £1,000. It should be paid before March 17. There are still a number of field signs available for purchase.
