ST ERGNAT'S, MONEYGLASS: This Friday the first round of the Winter pub quiz league will take place in Neeson's Bar at 8.30pm. Please support your club and our sponsors. On Monday December 7, there will be an over 18s life support for adults and children course taking place in the clubrooms at 10.30am. This course is free of charge and open to all. There are only as few places remaining so please contact Sharon (07761 840 045) to book a place.

NAOMH ÉANNA: There will be a very special visitor to Naomh Éanna this weekend when Santa will be visiting from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, December 5. So why not bring the children along to meet Daidí na Nollag in his grotto as he makes a special visit to the children of Gaelscoil Éanna, Naíscoil Éanna and Naomh Éanna CLG. Admission is £1 per child.

ST JOSEPH'S, GLENAVY: The club are hosting a fundraising disco/dance on Saturday, December 5 in St.Clare’s Community Hall. Elite County Radio DJ Stephen Doherty starts proceedings at 8pm with a disco. At 10pm Country Star Lee Matthews and his band will be on stage for a real good oul country night. There will be a late bar. Admission £12 or £15 to pay at the door.

CON MAGEEE'S, GLENRAVEL: There will be a Christmas Charity Big Breakfast on Sunday, December 6 at the Con Magee's Glenravel club from 9am-1pm. The Charity is Friends for Romania and we have four club members going from St Louis Grammar School. The cost is £5 for a 10 piece fry which includes free tea/coffee/orange juice and £5 for a child’s fry which includes entry to see Santa in his Grotto and present.

ST PATRICK'S, LOUP: Kerry Legend and five time All Ireland Winner Tómas Ó Sé will be visiting St Patrick's GAC Loup on Saturday, December 5 between 12 noon and 2pm to have a book signing/sale event and everyone is very welcome to attend. He will be selling and signing his new autobiography ‘The White Heat’ and this is a perfect opportunity for young and old to get a personalised Christmas gift or photo and meet Tómas.

KILCOO: The annual Mass for deceased members of the club will take place on Monday, December 7 at 7.30pm.

ANNAGHMORE: School Around The Corner in conjunction with St. John's PS will be held this Friday, December 4 at 7pm. Admission is £5 per adult.

MICHAEL DAVITT'S: A new trophy will be presented to the winners of this year's County Antrim U21 football championship. St John’s or St Mary’s Aghagallon will be the first team to lift the Michael Davitt GAC /John Rowntree Perpetual Cup. Donated by the club, the trophy is dedicated to the memory of a true Gael, former longstanding club secretary and stalwart, who passed long before his time in 2013. John unselfishly and tirelessly worked to develop and advance the club, with many of the foundations he helped to lay now evident both on and off the field. The trophy will help ensure his name is fondly remembered by everyone connected with the club and the wider GAA family.


There will be a mass at 12.30pm in Clonard Monastery before the AGM.

GRANEMORE ST MARY'S: The Annual Mass for deceased members of St. Mary's G.A.C. will take place in St. Mary's Church, Granemore on Tuesday, December 8 at 7.30pm and all members and friends of St. Mary's Football, Camogie and Ladies Football are asked to attend.

SEÁN O'LEARY, NEWBRIDGE: There will be a meeting on Monday, December 7 at 8pm in the Hall regarding underage management for the 2016 season. Anyone interested in getting involved is asked to attend. If unable to attend, contact Gary Walls, Youth Officer.

GLENN JOHN MARTIN: This Friday, the Underage presentation will take place at 7.30pm and on Sunday, December 6 the Young at Heart Christmas Dinner will be at 5pm.

KILLYMAN ST MARY'S: Irish Dancing classes continue every Monday night at 6.30pm in Killyman Hall. New members are always welcome to join. Ceili dancing classes have now began and are held in Killyman Hall on Tuesday nights from 8pm to 10pm. Anyone from Primary 6 and above is welcome to attend these classes each week. GLENULLIN CAMOGIE CLUB: The annual Turkey Drive takes place on Thursday, December 10 at 7.30pm in the Community Centre. The prizes are turkeys, hampers, spirits, etc. It is being played ‘Singles’ and there is the lavish supper as usual. Admission is £10.
