CAMP JMAC: On Sunday September 6 St John's GAC was the venue for the third and final Kevin O'Hare Memorial Match between the South Down Camp JMac and East Down Camp JMac which brought Camp JMac to an end. The game started off point-for-point with a very close first half but in the second half the South Down boys just couldn't get started and East Down ran away with the match. The standard of football was top class from both teams.

The camp thanks Maggie Farley and her officials; the Highway Man for supplying the transport for the South Down team; St John’s GAC for the great facilities; all the girls who worked to serve food and behind the bar; the coaches of both teams and our sponsors; Manus Teague for making the food; everyone who came to support the match and finally to all the boys who took to the playing field and displayed some great football. The McMullan and O’Hare families would like to thanks everyone for the continued support since John and Kevin's deaths.
