Michael Davitt GAC, Swatragh: The club will hold a Big Bingo event on Saturday, August 1 at 9pm. Your attendance would be greatly appreciated.

Glasdrumman GAC: The club will be holding a workshop for those wishing to learn to sing Amhran na bhFiann Anthem in Mayobridge on Wednesday, August 5 at 7.30pm. A member of the All-Ireland winning ballad group will provide the training.

Armagh Harps GAC: The club’s Kellogs Cúl Camp will take place from August 3 to August 7 at Abbey Park. Registration for the camp can be done online at gaa.ie/kelloggsculcamps or by sending the application form direct to Denis Hollywood at the Athletic Grounds. Children will also be accepted on the morning of the camp but early registration is encouraged. All cheques should be made payable to Armagh County Board. Camp Prices: First Child: £40/€50, second child £35/€45, third/fourth child £30/€40.

Cúchulainn Hurling Club, Armagh: The Hurling/Camogie Summer Camp will take place fro August 17-20 in Pearse Og Park from 10am-2pm. The Camp is for children entering P3 to Year 9 at £25 per child. A mini camp will also run 10am-12noon each day for children finishing P1 or P2 at a cost of £15 per child. Each child will also get a hurl at the end of the week. St John’s GAC, Drumnaquoile: A fun run followed by a fun day will take place on Saturday, August 1 beginning at 2pm.roups. Refreshments will also be available.

Newry Shamrocks GAC: The club will be holding their Big Breakfast on Sunday, August 2 between 9.30am and 1pm in the clubrooms. Cost £5. All are welcome to attend.

Pearse Óg GAC: A disco will be held for kids on Friday, July 31 from 7pm-9pm and all primary school children are welcome to attend.


The 7 Hills Blues Fest will take place at the weekend with the Brown Notes playing on Saturday night from 10pm and Four Shuck men taking to the stage at 8pm on Sunday night. There will be no cover charge.

Culloville GAC: The club will hold its Summer Concert Extravanganza on Friday night with Louis Walsh's new boy-band ‘Hometown’ playing in Culloville Community Centre. Tickets are on sale from Culloville Bureau de Change, Loughman Sports Castleblayney or Costcutter Dundalk. Further details can be found on the club’s Facebook page - Hometown Culloville.

St Patrick’s GAC, Rock: The ‘Gaelic for Mothers’ tournament will take place on Friday, July 31 at 6pm followed by a Summer BBQ at the club. which begins at 6pm. Entry will be £5 per person. On Saturday, the fun continues as the over 35s tournament takes place from 3pm. On Saturday evening, the Family Fortunes event will take place involving six families from different parishes.


All proceeds from the Family Fortunes event are in aid of Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. Afterwards, entertainment will be provided by The Flying Fiddle. Admission on Saturday night will be £10.

St Patrick’s GAC, Mayobridge: The Mayobridge GAC Annual Golf Classic will take place on Friday, August 14 at Greenore Golf Club. The entry fee for a team of four is £110. Please contact Peter O’Hare on or before 4th August to secure your place.

Cumann Pheadair Naofa, Warrenpoint: The St. Peter's GAA Family Fun Day will take place in Clonallon Park, Warrenpoint on Sunday, August 9 at 1pm. The club’s Kellogg's Cúl Camp will take place from August 10-14 at Pairc Liam Ui Ir, Moygannon. There will be a registration evening for the at the Clubrooms, Mary Street on Monday, August 3 from 7.30-8.30pm. St Enda's GAC, Omagh: The club will be holding a Big Bingo session tonight, July 30 at 9pm in the clubrooms. £6,000 in prizes will be available, including two £1,000 jackpots. Your attendance would be greatly appreciated.
