Go raibh maith agat: card reward scheme launched for loyal GAA members

GAA president Aogán Ó Fearghail

THE GAA has launched a membership card rewards programme entitled GRMA 'go raibh maith agat' which President Aogán Ó Fearghail described as a “thank you” to the Association’s loyal members.

All GAA members are being asked to sign up online via gaa.ie/grma and by doing so they will receive an official GAA membership card personalised with their name, club and GAA membership number.

The grma rewards programme will be available from January and will provide GAA members with access to discounts, special offers and the opportunity to earn points for going to games.

Points can be redeemed by individual members or pooled for redemption by clubs.

Speaking at the launch at Croke Park, Dublin, Ó Fearghail said: “So much of what we do as an Association is made possible by the fact that we have such a loyal following of supporters all over Ireland.

“This new rewards programme will offer us the chance to extend a thank you to them in recognition of that support for the commitment they show be it at club level in their community, or in supporting our Games.”

Membership cards will only be distributed to GAA members who are over 18 and have signed up to grma online.
