1989: 33rd European Cup: AC Milan beats Steaua Bucuresti 4-0 at Barcelona.

1995: 3rd UEFA Champions League Final: Ajax beats Milan 1-0 at Vienna.

2000: 8th UEFA Champions League Final: Real Madrid beats Valencia 3-0 at Saint-Denis.

2003: Tyrone beat Derry 0-17 to 1-05 in the Quarter Final of the Ulster Senior Football Championship at Casement Park.

2004: Gerard Houllier left Liverpool having won six trophies during his five and a half years with the club, including a treble in 2001.

2008: Chelsea announced manager Avram Grant's contract had been terminated.

2009: Derry beat Monaghan 1-10 to 0-10 in the Quarter Final of the Ulster Senior Football Championship at Celtic Park.

2014: 22nd UEFA Champions League Final: Gareth Bale scores as Real Madrid beats Atletico Madrid 4-1 at Lisbon to win a record 10th European Cup.

2015: Monaghan beat Cavan 0-16 to 0-15 in the Quarter Final of the Ulster Senior Football Championship at Kingspan Breffni Park. Monaghan went on to lift the Ulster crown with a 0-11 to 0-10 win over Donegal in the final.
