WOLFE TONE’S, BELLAGHY: The club is hosting the Church Island 5K and 10K event on Saturday at 11am. There will be prizes for first and second male and female across the categories. Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome, including couch-to-5K level. Post-race refreshments will be provided and changing facilities are available. Registration from 9.45am.

MICHAEL DWYER’S, KEADY: The final membership registration will take place on Monday, March 7 in the G McGleenan pavilion from 7.30pm-9.30pm. Also, the club will mark the centenary of the 1916 Easter Rising with a specially commissioned exhibition and lecture. The event will take place on Saturday, March 19 in the Tommy Makem Arts and Community Centre from 10.30am-4.30pm

BALLELA: A special meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 9 in Ballela Primary School. All members welcome to attend.

ST MARY’S, BURREN: The second round of the Malachy Murdock memorial tournament gets under way this weekend with Burren v Granemore tomorrow at 8pm, followed by St Gall’s v Slaughtneil on Sunday at 2pm.

ST COLUMBA’S CAMOGIE CLUB, GREENLOUGH: The next quiz is tomorrow night in the Clady Bar, starting at 8.30pm.

LIATROIM FONTENOY’S: There will be a planning workshop on Sunday, March 13 from 3.30pm-5.30pm to help shape the future of the club by giving your views on developing a five-year strategic plan. Refreshments available afterwards. Everyone welcome.

KEVIN BARRY’S, DERRYLAUGHAN: A historical exhibition of Gaelic games and culture over the past 70 years in Derrylaughan will take place on Sunday in the Washingbay Centre, starting at 2pm. A large array of photos covering games and events will be on display and video footage of matches and clips of some of the older generation recalling the early days of the club will be shown throughout the afternoon. The organising committee would like to see a large turnout of GAA enthusiasts and anyone who had family members that played on Derrylaughan teams down through the years should come along. Admission is free and light refreshments will be served.

ST ERGNAT’S, MONEYGLASS: Registration for all playing and non-playing members on Sunday from 2pm-4pm at the clubrooms.

ST COLMCILLE’S, GRANGE: The club presents ‘Night of the Legends’ on Tuesday, March 15 at the Armagh City Hotel, starting at 7pm. Legends on the night include Benny Tierney, Joe Kernan, James McCartan and Conor Gormley. Tickets cost £10 and are available from members of the senior team and local outlets. OWEN ROE’S, BRACKAVILLE: The club is running a heart screening day on Saturday for the whole community from 10am. For more information contact 07753 823989. Also, there will be a senior presentation night and karaoke disco this Saturday night in the clubrooms. A light buffet will be served from 9pm.

ST PATRICK’S, MAYOBRIDGE: The club’s annual presentation dinner will take place tomorrow night in the social club. Dinner will be served at 8.30pm.

ST ENDA'S, OMAGH: ‘Big Bingo’ will take place at the clubrooms on Thursday, March 10 at 9pm, with a £6,000 payout including two £1,000 houses.

PEARSE OG, ARMAGH: The Donal Powell quiz takes place on Saturday, starting at 9pm. £20 per team of four or five, light refreshments served and trophies on the night. Quizmaster will be Jimmy McKee. PADRAIG PEARSE’S, KILREA: There will be a poker night on Saturday at Pearse Park. Entry £30 plus one additional £20 rebuy or top-up – 3,000 extra chips if in before 8.30pm.

ARMAGH HARPS: Seachtain na Gaeilge Cairde Teo Ard Mhacha will host a bilingual 1916 anniversary exhibition in the social club tonight. This will be followed by the Eamon Phoenix lecture tomorrow. On Sunday, March 13 the club will host a sponsored cycle for all youth teams, followed by a ‘Big Breakfast’. Everyone welcome.

SAVAL: Gaelic4Mothers and Others presents an ‘Every Penny Counts’ fundraiser finale on Saturday, March 12. Doors open at 8pm. Compere for the night is Benny Tierney, with music by the Marty Fay Band. Tickets on sale at £10 available from any player and Anthony. Proceeds in aid of Saval Gaelic4Mothers and Others and the Southern Area Hospice Services.

ST PATRICK’S, DONAGHMORE: The annual dinner dance takes place tomorrow at 8pm in the Glenavon House Hotel. Tickets are £20 and available from the Torrent Complex Music by Rory Madden and his new band Infinity.

ST JOHN’S, BELFAST: The Golden Eagles group, which caters for the more senior members of the club, will meet tomorrowat 12 noon in the Chatterbox coffee room at the club.

O NEILL’S, AN PORT MOR: Club membership is now due. Underage £5, single £30, couple £50, gold £100, OAP £10, life £1,000. It should be paid before March 17.
