Geraghty on Cloud nine

TIPPERARY'S National Hunt card tomorrow looks the safer meeting for punters.

Barry Geraghty is taking full advantage of the current injury situation which has resulted in a shortage of top jumps riders.

He has a full book of five mounts in all the races open to him at the Junction and has a plum ride for Gordon Elliott in the three-mile "winners of two" hurdle.

Clara Mc Cloud doesn't lack for experience, was just touched off by Aranhill Chief at Bellewstown and previously had two quick outings in April, winning a handicap hurdle at Limerick and finishing second at Ayr two days later.

Noel Meade's Rich Coast is another possible for Geraghty in the opening maiden hurdle. Third behind Ballychorus and subsequent scorer Voluptueux at Roscommon, he can account for Molly Connors.

Meade's Pat Garrett has Worldor and Alghanem to overcome in the two-mile-one-furlong handicap chase but Geraghty can bounce back in the beginners' chase on Chill for Dessie Hughes.
