ATHLETICS NI have made it known that its AGM will be held in Athletics House at the Mary Peters Track on Wednesday, March 19 commencing at 7.30pm. Nominations are invited for the following office bearers; president, vice-presidents, chairman, honorary secretary and honorary treasurer.
The nominations must be in writing and received by the general secretary at least 30 days before the meeting.
Similarly, notices of motion or proposals to be placed on the agenda of the AGM must be received in writing by the general secretary at least 30 days before the meeting.
