THE Ulster Orchestra aimed to celebrated its 50th anniversary with a record-breaking 50 separate performances across Belfast.
The series of pop-up concerts were played in some obvious venues like the MAC and Victoria Square and the not so obivious, as in a variety of business premises, hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, cafes, museums and arts centres.
The musicians played a range of popular hits as well as classical tunes.
