Tour de France winner Egan Bernal's bicycle goes on display in Belfast

Cycling fans in Belfast have a chance to see the bicycle Tour de France winner Egan Bernal rode to victory in this year's competition.

The Pinarello F12 Dogma which the 22-year-old Colombian used in the final stage of the race is on display today at Ormeau Road store McConvey Cycles.

Owner Eamon McConvey said: "From 10am to 6pm today, cycling fans and enthusiasts will be able to see the actual bike on which Egan Bernal crossed the finishing line in Paris and made cycling history. 

"It’s the bike on which he became the youngest person in 110 years to win the Tour de France."
