USAIN Bolt has spoken out as athletics continues to be dominated by doping accusations and rumours.
The Olympic champion said: "All I've been hearing is doping, doping, doping, all the questions have been about doping.
"It's sad that it's been at the forefront for the world championships and not the competition.
"For me it's sad but I can't do anything about it."
