A TEENAGER whose body was found in a house in Co Tyrone on Sunday evening has been described as a young man "who loved life".
The body of 19-year-old Michael McComb was found at a property at New Street in Sion Mills.
The PSNI said that following a post mortem examination the death is not being treated as suspicious.
The teenager has been described by village youth worker Andy Patton as a “real live wire".
Mr Patton said: “I have known Michael for around 10 years and I can say I was devastated to hear he had passed away.
“Michael was a popular young man among his peers and his many, many friends in Sion Mills have been left shocked and broken-hearted.
“He has taken part in a number of different youth projects with me and was a lovable rogue.
“Michael loved life, he was a real live wire.”
The youth worker told the Belfast Telegraph: “The first time I met Michael was shortly after he moved into the village around 10 years ago.
“I had a lot of time for Michael. I was with him at different times and enjoyed his company."
A service for Mr McComb will take place today in James McMullan and Son funeral home, with interment in Ballymoney Cemetery.
