Queen's pro chancellor named as dame in honours list

A WEST Belfast-born businesswoman has been made a Dame in recognition of her services to the regional economy. Rotha Johnston, who has previously received a CBE, was honoured by Queen Elizabeth for her role in promoting female entrepreneurship through her participation in the Northern Ireland Women's Network. The 56-year-old mother-of-four originally hails from west Belfast and is a former pupil of St Dominic's grammar school on Belfast's Falls Road.
