Paul Nuttall found himself in hot water for calling Leanne Wood “Natalie” twice in 20 minutes during the Leaders’ Debate on ITV.
The Ukip leader got Wood’s name wrong while discussing Welsh jobs after Brexit, prompting the Plaid Cymru leader to shoot back: “I’m not Natalie, I’m Leanne.”

And of course, the internet was having none of it:

Incredible scenes. Paul Nuttall just called Leanne Wood "Natalie" for the second time in twenty minutes. Genuinely the best bit of this.

Some were hoping he would eventually call Tim Farron “Natalie” as well:
Please please please Paul Nuttall call Tim Farron, Natalie.
I wonder who Natalie is?

Praying for Paul Nuttall to call Tim Farron 'Natalie' #itvdebate

And now some can’t help but wonder…
Is Natalie the only woman's name Paul Nuttall knows? #itvdebate
