Neil Powell from The Wine Store in Armagh shares one of his favourite drinks recipes - the Armagh Bramley Apple Cooler
Ingredients:
35ml Ruby Blue Vodka
25ml Apple Schnapps
Barnhill Armagh Cider
Method:
Dip a hurricane glass into the apple juice and then into sugar to create a sugar rim
Pour the Ruby Blue vodka and Apple Schnapps in
Top up with the local apple juice
Mix well and garnish with a slice of apple
