Food For Friends a new cookbook with an old-fashioned flavour

How would a dish created 200 years ago taste today? That's a question that motivated Lesley Simpson when she delved into the archives at Down County Museum to come up with a collection of recipes, some old, some new, some with intriguing names – Dolly's chocolate eclair's anyone?
