Film review: Peterloo full of sound and fury

Mike Leigh recreates the 1819 massacre by British soldiers of peaceful protesters in Manchester with all the sound and fury he can muster, yet Peterloo is disappointingly light on textured human drama to complement its political tub-thumping, writes Damon Smith
