QUEEN have announced two concerts in Ireland as part of their winter tour for 2017.

Following a run of American dates this summer, Brian May, Roger Taylor and current frontman Adam Lambert will bring an all new live show to 3Arena in Dublin on Saturday November 25 before playing Belfast's SSE Arena on Sunday November 26.

The veteran rockers are preparing to unveil a brand new specially designed live production for this year, with a diverse set-list which will find them marking the 40th anniversary of their biggest-selling studio album News of The World, which featured We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions.

"The general public knows the hits, so you've got to cater for that," says guitarist Brian May of their plans for the 2017 shows.

"But we can chuck in a few things that people really don't expect. We’ll do quite a bit more of that this time around.

"There are so many dimensions to Adam, which of course fits with our music. He can get down and do the rock stuff really dirty, and you have all those dimensions, and we can explore that even more."

With original bassist John Deacon still declining to participate in their live shows, the Queen + Adam Lambert touring band also features Neil Fairclough on bass, Spike Edney on keyboards and Tyler Warren on percussion.
