THE unionist parties' attack on the Parades Commission's ban on marching past Ardoyne is revealing. The Parades Commission is the referee in the parading game.
An opponent in a World Cup game was attacked by Suarez but now that's surpassed by unionists because they attacked the referee. Remember Suarez bit his opponent. So unionism's planned 'graduated response' is worrying. Will they be attacking every member of the Parades Commission? Those parties don't play the game or accept that nationalist and unionist residents have an equal right to peace and quiet.
Earlier they tried to abolish the commission.
I doubt that most unionist voters support their parties stance on that or their pathetic use of it to withdraw from the post-Haass talks. When will unionist parties grow up and give leadership?
