Violation of human rights

THE Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission is to investigate whether patients who encountered problems in A&E had their Human Rights violated.

I think it is obvious to everyone that people's human rights have been violated when you look at the huge negligence payouts over the last four years amounting to £146m. The last funding to the Health Service was £30m, of which £20m was spent on negligence payments.

With more than £150m spent on negligence payments somebody's human rights have been violated.
