THE Ms society would like to invite readers to join 'team Ms' and take part in this year's Belfast City Marathon on May 5 for the Ms society. Participants can run, relay, walk or take part in the wheelchair race so there really is an option for everyone. Northern Ireland has one of the highest rates of people living with multiple sclerosis in the world. Everyone one of them shares the uncertainty of life with Ms. Ms attacks at random and many of the symptoms are invisible to others. The Ms society is the national charity fighting to improve treatment and care to help people with Ms take control of their lives.
