REPLYING to Fr Edward McGee (September 27) may I respectfully remind him that Irish News readers are still awaiting the Ian Elliot report on alleged clerical abuse in Down & Connor which was completed in May 2013.
Several associated diocese abuse reports by ian Elliott have been published in the press without questionable delay. Independent safeguarding review, regardless of source or claim to transparency and accountability, are of no comparable interest.
