OGAWA Studio is now producing up to 350 masks a day.

A Japanese factory producing masks of Donald Trump has been struggling to cope with demand since his victory in the US election.

The Ogawa Studio in Saitama, north of Tokyo, had been producing just 45 masks a day until a week ago, but is now battling to pump out as many as 350.

The masks are moulded and sprayed with the president-elect’s characteristic yellow sheen, before being hand-painted and adorned with supporting elastic.

The masks have been fetching 3,400 Yen (around £25) a pop, meaning the factory could be in for some big profits if demand continues.
