Donald Trump's Hollywood star has a wall built around it
DONALD Trump said he wanted a wall but a street art installation that has popped up in Hollywood Boulevard is probably not what the presidential hopeful had in mind.
The republican candidate for the White House sparked controversy earlier this year when he called for a "great, great wall" on the US-Mexico border to stop illegal immigrants.
Now Los Angeles-based street artist Plastic Jesus has installed a miniature-wall around Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The 15cm high concrete wall is adorned with razor wire, little US flags and 'Keep Out' signs written in English and Spanish.
A photograph from the official Plastic Jesus Instragram account has received more than 19,000 likes.
Hollywood sight-seers on the famous walk of fame were confronted with an unusual addition to Trump’s Famous Star. Someone had built a 6" tall grey concrete wall around it. Complete with "Keep out" signs and topped with razor wire. The unofficial addtion to the iconic star appeared early Tuesday afternoon, to the amusement of onlookers. #Hollywood #donaldtrump #melaniatrump #hollywoodwalkoffame #wall #trump #election #election2016 #rnc #gop #gopconvention #rnc2016 #nevertrump #cleveland #tedcruz #hillaryclinton #hillary #berniesanders #feelthebern
