Coronavirus: Three deaths in Republic of Ireland, six new cases
Three more people have died with Covid-19 in the Republic of Ireland, the National Public Health Emergency Team said.
The death toll now stands at 1,738.
A further six people have tested positive for coronavirus, bringing that total since the start of the pandemic to 25,477.

Meanwhile, in Northern Ireland one more confirmed case has been reported but no new deaths. It is also the fifth day in a row that there are no Covid-19 patients in ICU.
The number of people who died after testing positive for coronavirus is 551 while the number of people who tested positive stands at 5,761.
There are 26 confirmed outbreaks of coronavirus in care homes with a further 15 suspected outbreaks.
