GARDAI has confirmed it is investigating after footage appearing to show former MMA star Conor McGregor punching an elderly man in the face at a Dublin bar was published by a US website.
The grainy CCTV-type footage is reported to be from the Marble Arch Bar at Drimnagh in April.
The gossip site TMZ video shows a man resembling Conor McGregor pouring drinks for a number of people sitting at the bar.
After one of them sets the glass away, apparently declining, he is punched in the face and the assailant is taken out of the pub.
