A shot has been fired at a parked car in east Belfast.

It happened in Victoria Close at around 1.50am yesterday when two men approached the vehicle and one fired a gun, shattering the rear window.

Both men were wearing shorts and dark coats with their hoods up and made off on foot in the direction of Victoria Road.

Police said no-one was injured.
