A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been robbed by a man armed with a Swiss army knife in south Belfast.

The man was walking along Donegall Road, close to the train station, at around 7.45pm on Sunday when he noticed a group of four or five men on the other side of the road.

One of the men, who appeared to have been carrying a Swiss army knife, crossed the road and demanded money from the victim.

The man then handed over cash.

The thief was in his early twenties, around six feet tall and of slim build. He was wearing a grey hooded top.
