A man in his eighties has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and arson after a property was set alight in Annalong, Co Down.
At around 9pm on Saturday August 21 police were alerted to a fire at a property on Glassdrumman Road and arrested a man in his eighties.
“A man was taken to hospital, where he remains receiving treatment to injuries," police added.
