A NEW sports jersey honouring Noah Donohoe is to go on sale tomorrow. (SUN).

The navy and white striped shirt bears an image of the teenager who died last year with the wording `14 EVER', in reference to his age.

The shirt also bears the #noah'sarmy logo, a nod to the thousands of people who have supported the family since his death.

The St Malachy's College pupil went missing last June.

His body was found six days later in a storm drain close to the M2, on June 27.

A post-mortem examination found that the teenager died as a result of drowning.

A full inquest is scheduled to begin in January next year.

Earlier this month, the Irish News revealed that Noah's death could be set to become the first corporate manslaughter case brought against a Northern Ireland Assembly department.

It is understood a current police investigation relates to the storm drain being unlocked and situated in a public place.

As the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has responsibility for the drain, the case would be taken against it.

Since her son died, Noah's mother, Fiona Donohoe has been campaigning for answers about how her son died.

Niamh Donohoe, Noah's aunt, said funds raised from the sale of the shirt would go to the Noah Donohoe Foundation while a percentage would also be donated to the Community Rescue Service, who recovered the teenager's body.

"We are really proud of it," she said.

"It was something Noah would wear and that was the whole purpose of it."

The shirt, created with the help of Bourke Sports and Colour Works Ireland, will go on sale tomorrow (SUN) at 2pm on the Bourke Sports website.
