TWO men questioned by police investigating INLA criminality have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The pair, aged 34 and 35, were arrested on Friday after a vehicle was stopped in the Falls Road area of west Belfast following a proactive policing operation.
A firearm and ammunition was recovered and taken away for forensic examination.
A PSNI spokesman last night said the men has been released on bail and added that the "investigation continues".
