A MAN has been arrested after a car was set on fire and the windows in two homes broken in Co Armagh.

Police received reports of the incidents in the Westland Road area of Portadown at around 5.15am yesterday.

Around an hour later a report was also received of a small fire in the Corcrain Avenue area of the town.

Police say they are investigating a possible link between all three incidents.

A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of a number of offences remained in custody last night.
