McDonald's have re-opened two of their outlets for takeaways.

Outlets on Donegall Place in Belfast city centre and in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, reopened their doors this morning.

The fast food giant re-opened its drive-thrus across Northern Ireland earlier this month.

The chain said customers visiting the restaurants will notice some changes including:

  • a one-way system
  • limited numbers allowed inside
  • fewer self-order screens
  • a reduced menu

Customers will be asked to clean their hands with sanitiser as soon as they step inside the restaurant.

McDonald's has asked that people visit alone, where possible; to use contactless payment and not spend more than £25.

Play areas, toilets, lifts and recycling bins will remain closed.
