POLICE have questioned a man for withholding information in relation to the murder of Charlotte Murray.

The arrests follows the conviction this week of 48-year-old Johnny Miller for murdering his former partner.

A jury found Miller, of Redford Park, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, guilty of killing the 34-year-old between October 31 and November 2 2012.

Her remains have never been found.

At the time of her disappearance, Ms Murray and Miller lived together at Roxborough Heights in Moy.

Detectives from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team arrested a 47-year-old man in the Moy area yesterday.

Detective Chief Inspector Eamonn Corrigan said the man was arrested on suspicion of assisting offenders, withholding information and perverting the course of justice.

"He has been interviewed and subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries.

"Police have seized a number of electronic devices for examination as part of the investigation".
