TWO men suffered broken bones and bruising when they were attacked in Lurgan.

The victims were assaulted by a group of people, one believed to have been armed with a metal bar, close to Tullygally Shopping Centre on Friday at around 7.30pm.

A PSNI spokesman said: "It is believed the attackers travelled to and from the area in two separate vehicles."

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
