POLICE said the sudden death of a woman in south Belfast yesterday is not being treated as suspicious.

A PSNI spokesperson said they received a report that a woman had died suddenly in the Cromwell Road area, just off Botanic Avenue.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious," a PSNI spokesperson said.

There is no further information at this time.
